Terms and Conditions of Grid Garments

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Grid Garments (“we”, “our”), with registered office at Via Molino 24/1, 35014 Fontaniva (PD), Italy, VAT no. 05716610281, regarding the use of the website www.gridgarments.com and its related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing through our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

To purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.

3. Products and Availability

The products available on the Grid Garments online shop are carefully selected and described as accurately as possible. As vintage and unique garments, they may present:

  • slight variations in color due to photography or device display;

  • small signs of age or imperfections, inherent to the product’s nature.

Each product is available until sold out. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or withdraw items without prior notice.

4. Orders

To place an order, select the products and complete the checkout process. The purchase contract is deemed concluded once we send you an order confirmation email.

Before submitting your order, you may review, modify, or cancel it. Once confirmed, the order can no longer be changed.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of:

  • product unavailability;

  • unauthorized or incomplete payment;

  • suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on the site are final prices.
As the business operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime (regime forfettario), VAT does not apply pursuant to Art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, Law 190/2014.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes (for non-EU orders) remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The final price is the one indicated in the order confirmation email.

6. Payments

Payments can be made via Shopify Payments (credit/debit card networks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available depending on the country) and PayPal.
We do not store payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are non-refundable.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal and for returns are explained in detail on the dedicated page: Returns and Refunds.

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

EU consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

10. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

All content, logos, texts, photographs, and graphics on our Services are the property of Grid Garments or their respective licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

The website may contain images, videos, or multimedia materials not owned by us, used exclusively for storytelling, documentation, or historical context. Such content remains the property of its rightful owners and is used without direct commercial purposes.

11. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our Services may include tools, integrations, or links to third-party websites (e.g., payment platforms, social media, external content). We have no control over these sites or tools, which are provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for the content, functionality, accuracy, or privacy practices of third parties. The use of these services is at your discretion and responsibility. Please read the respective terms and privacy policies of those platforms.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Services and products are provided “as is” and without explicit or implied warranties, except for those mandatory under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid Garments shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or the improper use of purchased products.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill contractual obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, strikes, wars, health emergencies, transportation disruptions, or network service failures.

14. Prevailing Language

These Terms are drafted in Italian. Any translations into other languages are provided for convenience only; in case of discrepancies or conflict, the Italian version shall prevail.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

  • EU Consumers: you may use the EU Commission’s platform Consumer Redress in the EU.

  • Non-EU Consumers: the exclusive jurisdiction shall be Padua (Italy), unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.

  • Business Customers (B2B): the exclusive jurisdiction shall be Padua (Italy), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the website.
