If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or cancellation, you can do so directly from here, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Before you proceed

Please remember that:

• the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the delivery date;
• the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and corresponding to what was described in the listing at the time of purchase: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging where present;
• it is not possible to return personalized, perishable or digital items;
• the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for defective items or errors on our part;
• the refund, net of initial shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the package, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
