Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days , using the most suitable courier based on the destination and type of package, using only tracked and secure shipping methods.

The possible couriers used are:

  • DHL
  • InPost
  • TNT

As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, the tracking code will be sent via email so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

For orders to Italy and Europe (zones 1-2), free shipping is available for orders over €100 . The areas included in zones 1 and 2 can be consulted in the section dedicated to Shipping Rates .

  • Zone 3 - Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland: €15
  • Zone 4 - Liechtenstein, Malta: €20
  • Zone 5 - Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Iceland, North Macedonia, Moldova: €30

After Shipping

We always ensure that your order leaves safely and on time, but once it has been handed over to the courier, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events such as:

  • delays due to customs checks or external causes,
  • failure to collect the package,
  • loss or theft,
  • stocks not dependent on our management,
  • damages incurred during shipping not attributable to our management.

    In the event that an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or non-collection, we will refund the purchase amount , deducting the shipping costs and any storage charges applied by the courier.

  • Import Duties and Taxes

    For shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties or import taxes established by local authorities may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
