Care and Conditions

Every piece in our archive tells a story, and for this reason it is treated with the utmost care. Our mission is to offer authentic, clean, and ready-to-wear vintage pieces, preserving their history and uniqueness as best as possible. Each item is carefully inspected, treated, and prepared before being put on sale.

Treatment

How we treat garments

When a new item arrives, we thoroughly inspect it. We always follow the instructions on the label, respecting temperatures and washing methods.

  • Cotton or cotton-blend garments are machine washed at low temperatures.
  • Woolen, aged, or delicate garments are preferably treated by hand so as not to stress the materials, preserving their softness and durability.

Each stain is treated individually with specific products. For holes or damage that detract from the garment's charm, we rely on tailors for discreet repairs that respect the original.

Treatment

Post-purchase care tips

We encourage you to treat your purchased vintage items with the same care. A few simple precautions can help prolong their life:

  • prefer delicate washes at low temperatures,
  • prefer hand washing for wool and fragile fabrics,
  • Remember that older fabrics may be more delicate and require special attention.

Conditions

Classification of Conditions

To help you better understand the condition of our garments we use a clear classification:

  • Deadstock : Like-new condition, free of defects. Fabrics and details are virtually intact.
  • Very Good : In excellent condition, with any minor imperfections shown in the photos.
  • Good : In good overall condition, with obvious signs of wear or defects shown in the photos.
  • Fair : with obvious wear and visible defects shown in the photos.

The conditions listed are general. Any specific defects, stains, or damage are always noted in the photographs to provide a clear and accurate picture of each individual piece.

Since they are vintage items, they may still have small imperfections or signs of wear that are not always shown.
