Returns and Refunds
The goal is to offer a transparent and secure shopping experience. For this reason, a clear and simple return policy has been defined, which respects customer rights and values the uniqueness of the vintage garments in the archive.
Conditions
The garments handled are unique vintage pieces: they may show signs of wear and minor imperfections due to age. To facilitate understanding, each item is classified according to a clear scale (Deadstock, Excellent, Good, Fair), and obvious defects are always documented and shown in the photographs.
As they are vintage garments, further minor imperfections not always reported may still emerge.

Returns are accepted exclusively for items that:
- are in the same condition in which they were received and correspond to those described in the advertisement at the time of purchase;
- are not used, washed, or damaged;
- retain original labels, packaging, and protections, where present.
It is not possible to return personalized, perishable, or digital items, as provided by EU regulations.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw within 14 working days from the delivery date.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to contact in advance the email address shipping@gridgarments.com, use one of the channels indicated on the contacts page, or fill out the return form at the bottom of the page.
⚠️ Unauthorized returns are not accepted: any package returned without prior communication will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs and Organization
The organization and costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of defective items or errors for which the seller is responsible, in which case the costs are fully covered.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until the procedure is concluded.
Refund Times and Methods
The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the package, only after a careful check of the item's condition to verify that it complies with what was described in the advertisement.
The refunded amount is net of shipping costs and is credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Withdrawal and Cancellation Form
To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14 days provided or the right to cancel before an order is fulfilled, you can use the dedicated electronic form, as an alternative to contacting via email. By filling it out you will receive confirmation that the return procedures have begun. Any package returned without prior communication will not be refunded.
