Returns and Refunds

The goal is to offer a transparent and secure shopping experience. For this reason, a clear and simple return policy has been defined, which respects customer rights and values the uniqueness of the vintage garments in the archive.

Conditions

The garments are unique vintage pieces: they may show signs of wear and minor imperfections due to age. To facilitate understanding, each item is classified according to a clear scale (Deadstock, Excellent, Good, Fair) and obvious defects are always documented and shown in the photographs.
As they are vintage garments, further minor imperfections not always reported may still emerge.

Only returns of items that:

• are in the same condition as when received and match those described in the listing at the time of purchase;
• have not been used, washed, or damaged;
• retain original tags, packaging, and protections where present.

It is not possible to return personalized, perishable, or digital items, as stipulated by EU regulations.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw within 14 working days from the delivery date.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to contact the email address shipping@gridgarments.com in advance, use one of the channels indicated on the contact page, or fill out the return form at the bottom of the page.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns are not accepted: any package returned without prior communication will not be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs and Organization

The organization and costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and to keep the receipt until the procedure is completed.

Refund Timeframes and Methods

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the package, only after a careful check of the item's condition to verify that it complies with what was described in the listing.
The refunded amount is net of shipping costs and will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Withdrawal and Cancellation Form

To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period or the right to cancel an order before it is processed, you can use the dedicated electronic form, as an alternative to contacting us via email. By filling it out, you will receive a confirmation that the return procedure has started. Any package returned without prior communication will not be refunded.
