STORY TIME
Between the 1980s and 1990s, Niagara Falls transformed from a natural wonder to a powerful symbol of peaceful transboundary partnership between Canada and the United States. Thanks to shared governance, environmental collaborations, growing tourism, and cultural exchanges, the falls became a showcase of what binational cooperation could mean for everyday life. Meanwhile, tourism flourished: by the mid-1990s, over 12 million visitors a year flocked to the falls. With minimal border restrictions at the time, tourists freely crossed the Rainbow and Peace Bridges, creating a fluid and shared economic zone.
The opening of Casino Niagara in 1996 further blurred national lines: two-thirds of visitors were Americans, and its economic impact was felt on both sides of the border. Cultural events reinforced this unity: the Friendship Festival (1987–2019) intentionally linked Canada Day to the Fourth of July, while the revived International Marathon had runners crossing national borders midway through the race. Even the nighttime illumination of the falls was a joint effort, coordinated by a binational council.
During that time, Niagara Falls was more than just a tourist destination: it was a living model of international friendship, where cooperation was not only possible, but essential. Through shared treaties, common events, and a deeply interconnected economy, the falls reminded the world that borders don't have to divide: they can unite.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and entrusted to the most suitable courier based on the destination and type of package.
Shipping is free for orders over €100 in Italy and EU countries (zones 1-2) , while in other cases the costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery . Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and as described in the listing.
