STORY TIME
The 1991–92 NBA season marked the Chicago Bulls' 26th year in the league, coming off their first NBA title against the Los Angeles Lakers in the 1991 Finals. This Bulls team is often considered one of the greatest in NBA history.

At the start of the season, after just two games, the Bulls traded Dennis Hopson to the Sacramento Kings for Bob Hansen. Despite a slow start with a 1–2 record, the team quickly found its stride, reeling off a 14-game winning streak. Another 13-game winning streak followed in January, pushing their record to an impressive 37–5.

At the All-Star break, the Bulls were 39–9, firmly in first place in the league. They finished the regular season in first place in the Central Division with an NBA-best record: 67–15.

The Bulls won the series in six games, becoming the fourth NBA team to win consecutive titles. Michael Jordan was named Finals MVP for the second consecutive year, adding his sixth consecutive regular-season scoring title to his list of honors.
