STORY TIME
Introducing Trapeze: the spreadsheet that thought like a designer. Released in 1987, the Trapeze Integrated Presentation Worksheet for Macintosh was a bold and fascinating reinvention of how data could look and work. At a time when spreadsheets like Lotus 1-2-3 and Excel relied on rigid grids (A1, B2, etc.), Trapeze let you arrange data, charts, text, and drawings freely on a page, more like a presentation than a spreadsheet. No cell references, no drag-and-drop formulas for entire rows. Just named data blocks (“Sales,” “Costs”) that updated automatically, with live charts alongside. You could zoom out to a 40x40-page layout and build complex, dynamic, and visually polished reports. It supported advanced calculations, array functions, and even charts and text annotations directly on the canvas. It was basically a mix between Apple Numbers and PowerPoint… back in 1987.
But Trapeze was ahead of its time. While technical reviewers praised it, many users found it unfamiliar. It lacked macros, disoriented spreadsheet veterans, and, despite being faster than Excel in some operations, it quietly disappeared in 1989. Very few screenshots remain. Yet its legacy endures: Trapeze anticipated modern BI dashboards, WYSIWYG interfaces, and data storytelling decades before those terms even existed.

- Fair : with obvious wear and visible defects shown in the photos.
Since they are vintage items, they may still have small imperfections or signs of wear that are not always shown.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and entrusted to the most suitable courier based on the destination and type of package.
Shipping is free for orders over €100 in Italy and EU countries (zones 1-2) , while in other cases the costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery . Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and as described in the listing.

- The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the package , and is made net of shipping costs ;
