If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so directly from here, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Before proceeding

Please note that:

• the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery;
• the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and corresponding to what was described in the listing at the time of purchase: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging where present;
• it is not possible to return personalized, perishable, or digital items;
• the shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the buyer, except for defective items or errors on our part;
• the refund, net of initial shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the package, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
